My Story

About Me​

My name is Melanie Park and I'm so excited to share with you my

love of yoga. I am married to my soulmate and love my hubby with my whole heart. Being a fire wife isn't an easy task, but having a supportive fire family definitely helps greatly. We have four amazing kiddos, one boy and three girls. Two of our girls still live at home and the other two have spread their wings and are building their own lives as young adults. I have been a Respiratory Therapist 22 years and specialize in NICU, working with moms and babies. Since I help people breathe for a living, pranayama is a very important component to my yoga practice and teaching. I am 500 hour RYT certified thru Yoga Alliance and have specialty training in Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Diastasis Recti Recovery and Trauma Conscious Yoga. Yoga has been transformative and healing for my mind, body and soul. I invite you to join me on a journey of discovery, mindfulness and transformation. 

My Vision

My intention is to create a unique experience for each of my clients. Creating an environment that you feel safe and supported to explore movement, breath and mindful awareness is my priority.  Each session is tailored specifically to your personal health and wellness goals. Whether your new to yoga and would like to learn the foundational postures or you have a well established practice and would like to focus on specific ares, I would love to collaborate with you and help you deepen your practice.
